1. Description of Service
FaithAI Food Truck is an online directory where private sellers list food trucks for sale and buyers browse those listings directly. We do not buy, sell, own, or broker any food truck listed on the Site. You can browse all available listings here.
2. User Accounts and Seller Listings
To submit a listing you must create a seller account via our list your truck page. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and any truck you list
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately at info@faithaifoodtruck.com of any unauthorized account use
- Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or post prohibited content.
3. Listing Content and Ownership
By submitting a listing you represent that:
- You own the food truck being listed or are authorized to list it for sale
- All photos, descriptions, and details are accurate and belong to you or you have the right to use them
- The asking price and equipment details are truthful to the best of your knowledge
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it you grant FaithAI Food Truck a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotional materials. All listings are subject to review before appearing in the public directory.
4. No Verification of Listings
FaithAI Food Truck does not independently verify the accuracy of any listing, including vehicle condition, mileage, equipment specifications, title status, or asking price. All listings are published in good faith based on information provided by the seller. Buyers are solely responsible for independently verifying information before entering any transaction. 5. Transactions Are Between Buyers and Sellers
FaithAI Food Truck is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the completion of any sale, the transfer of title, or the condition of any vehicle. Any purchase or agreement you enter into with another user is entirely between you and that user. We strongly recommend buyers conduct independent inspections and verify title before completing any purchase.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Post listings for trucks you do not own or are not authorized to sell
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Site without permission
- Post spam, duplicate listings, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site that is not user-submitted, including the FaithAI Food Truck name and logo, page designs, written descriptions, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.
